Our Vision at The Gap Uniting Church is very simple:
In all that we do, this is what we are on about. As a community of people who follow Jesus, our vision is to be Growing Life-Long Disciples of Christ. In our gathered and personal worship; in how we grow and care for one another; as we reach out into our local community; and as we use the resources God has provided; our vision as a congregation is to be Growing Life-Long Disciples of Christ.

Our People
Peter joined the ministry team in January of 2025. Peter has been in ministry since 1999 and served in a variety of places around Brisbane. Prior to coming to The Gap Peter was the Chaplain at Moreton Bay College for over 7 years.

Growing up in The Gap, Harrison has been a member of The Gap Uniting Church since 2016, and is passionate about helping our community connect meaningfully with the life of the church.

Silvia welcomes the opportunity to connect with people as they journey through their different life stages. Whether assisting with the welcome of a baby through Baptism, or making arrangements for the final placement of a loved one.

Jean joined the Church in 2018 when she came to live in The Gap, and in 2023 she joined the office team. Jean has a passion for connecting people with others and wants anyone to feel unconnected or alone.
