Fit after Fifty

For: People over 50   Contact: Church Office   This involves a one hour Group Fitness session designed for people over 50.  It is a great way for those in the 'mature' age group, both men and women, to improve functional fitness and flexibility.  You are welcome to join at any time. Our experienced and qualified instructors offer a variety of exercises to suit older (read 'more worn') bodies.   Details: You can just turn up when you are able.  Just pay $6 per session when you come.   For further information, see the  2019 - Fit After Fifty
