Fit after Fifty

For: People over 50 Contact: Church Office Fitness activities including use of weights for people over 50.  This is a great way for those in the 'mature' age group to keep fit & supple & you are welcome to join at any time. The program is designed to suit older (read 'more worn') bodies & any particular ailments are taken into account. Details: You can just turn up when you are able.
  • Bring a towel or mat to lie on;
  • Sessions are held in the Lower John Knox Hall;
  • Cost of $6 per session.
